Here’s a video that Dr. Keith Allman from Exeter was kind enough to share with us. He developed incisionless sub-Tenon or “no-snip-sub-Tenon” wich we also use in Bern. I think that his method is outstanding and it lends itself very well to teaching new-comers to ocular anesthesiology. Having thrown overboard the scissors, many anesthesiologists feel the block more to be an “anesthetists” block than before.
